Cell phones and cancer

So my uncle has an inoperable brain tumor deep in his brain. He is on radiation. It sucks. This is my moms baby brother - the youngest of the 9 kids.

My mom calls today to tell me about how the tumor was caused by the cell phone and to use my hands free attatchment. For 15 minutes she went on and on about how it was from the cell phone - and something about mice and tumors.

I googled cell phones and tumors and found that there are no conclusive studies that show a risk and I could try to explain that to my mom but why bother her with facts.

Instead I sit there and say un huh un huh un huh and realize it's still better than when her friend got colon cancer and she made everyone she knows (my dad included) go get highly invasive colon tests...
